Tickets must be paid for at the time of purchase. If you enter without making the payment, your entry will be automatically canceled and the tickets will be put back on sale.

If, due to a system error, more orders are placed than available slots, the chronological order of entry will be considered (the order that enters our system first).

If you wish to cancel your registration, the amount will be refunded if the cancellation is made before Thursday of the week in which the tournament takes place. After that day, cancellations will only be refunded if the spot is taken by another player.

Canceled tickets will be released on Thursday of the week in which the tournament is held.

Following the guidelines of Fantasy Flight Games and Asmodee, the tournament will be held exclusively in Swiss format, without a cut, as in previous editions.
